Our dual-use case converts from a gelato/ice cream showcase (great when the weather is warm) to a deli / pastry case when the weather is cooler at the push of a button.
This unit is designed to allow greater flexibility to the merchant with an eye on offering different types of foods as the seasons change — hence the line's name of 365 — cases for all seasons.
365 is also available in dedicated models for Gelato, Ice-Cream Novelties, Fully-Refrigerated Medium-Temp, Deli, Pastry, Chocolate, Neutral, & Hot.
