All Linear Oscartielle Refrigerated Pastry Cases have a ball-bearing roller drawer that allows the server access to large items on the bottom level. This bypasses awkward reaching and lifting of unwieldy items like cakes at full arm’s extension and is easy on the back and easy to keep clean and looking sharp.
