Oscartielle Gelato & Ice Cream cases are priced without the removable stainless steel product containers that fit into them (known as gelato "pans" within the industry).

We offer three sizes of pans as an optional extra. Most cases have the capacity to accept only two of the three sizes – please consult the product specification sheets for each type of unit. Most case configurations accept only one size of pan at a time, and not a combination of different sizes.

The three pan sizes are:

  1. 12 Liter (14”L x 9-7/8”W x 5-3/4”D / 355mm x 251mm x 146mm)
  2. 5 Liter (14-1/8”L x 6-1/2”W x 4-5/8”D / 359mm x 165mm x 118mm)
  3. 4 Liter (10-1/8”L x 6-1/8”W x 5-7/8”D / 257mm x 156mm x 149mm)

Many of our Gelato Showcases have "Reserve Pan Storage" that allows a second level of pans to be kept in the showcase under the ones that are visible on top. Pans will dent or deform if dropped hard enough. Oscartielle suggests having double the number of pans that your showcase will display as reserve, unless your product supplier will also be supplying stainless steel pans for you as well.

All of our showcases ship with enough divider bars to allow the case to be configured for either of the two pan sizes. These occasionally become lost or damaged and replacement units are available. Please have your case model name and the number of pans in the case in hand before enquiring about this replacement part.
